The Silk Rooms are located above the Freemasons Inn which is accessible via a set of external stairs to the first floor.

No Reception & No Keys?

The Silk Rooms operates a contactless & keyless stay for all our guests.

Once you have made your booking and paid online using our easy booking tool below, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all the details of your booking.

One day prior to your arrival we’ll send you an email with a link to check-in online. When your arrival day comes, we’ll email you again with your room number, access instructions and your unique access pin code for the entrance door and your room (it’s the same code).

Sorry, we don’t serve breakfast, but, there are some great breakfast options available locally that we recommend.

Is Breakfast Included?

Once you’ve made your booking we’ll send you a confirmation email which contains your unique guest guide links. Our guest guide has a section for “Food & Drink” which includes our recommended choices for a great breakfast in the heart of Knutsford and more importantly, withing a short walking distance.

Is Car Parking Available?

The Silk Rooms does not have its’s own car park. We recommend using the public pay and display car park which is located next door to the Silk Rooms.

Monday to Saturday: parking between 08:00 am and 18:00 pm is charged at £0.70 per hour.
Overnight parking is free after 18:00 pm, please take note of the signage when parking and follow the payment instructions.
Sunday: parking is FREE.

When is Check-In & Check-Out?

Check-in: Guests may arrive from 15:00 pm on wards.

Check-out: Guests are kindly asked to vacate their rooms by 11:00 am.

Please be advised that your unique access codes are pre-set to our check-in and check-out times. Please do not arrive early without pre-arrangement as your code will not work.

Our contactless & keyless operation means you have more flexibility when arriving and leaving the Silk Rooms!
